Better Together is a 2-day national conference for LGBTIQ+ organisations and individuals to come together, share stories, network and learn from each other. It is open to all of the community and brings together the diverse members of the rainbow community.

Better Together is a space for our voices to be heard. It is an opportunity to establish meaningful connections so we can work collaboratively to cultivate positive change.The3rd National LGBTIQ+ Conference – Better Together 2020, was held in Melbourne at Williamstown Town Hall on 10-11 January 2020.

Better Together received a LInc grant in the second round of grants for 2019 to help facilitate scholarships for more  LGBTIQ+ people to attend the conference. In order to facilitate a conversation about LGBTIQ+ rights in Australia we need to have a platform to share our ideas and experiences and ask the hard questions. We achieve this through a national conference we call Better Together.
